Business Manager
I graduated from Coastal Carolina dental hygiene program in 1980 and was proud to help my husband, Dr. Gilmore, set up the original Gilmore Orthodontics office in 1988. I am responsible for doing whatever is needed to ensure the smooth operation of our practice while helping patients receive a superior experience in all of our locations. Our entire team believes in creating a positive experience for patients by providing quality treatments and making each office visit as comfortable and fun as possible. Making our patients happy and seeing them smile with confidence after their treatments are complete are just two of my favorite things about my job! In my free time, I enjoy kayaking, gardening, and cooking.

New Patient Coordinator/Assistant
Hello! I graduated from Ohio University in 2000 with a degree in biological sciences, then spent the next ten years in sunny south Florida where I worked in the orthodontic field prior to joining Gilmore Orthodontics. Here, I welcome and assist new patients from their first visit all the way through the start of their treatment. In addition, I maintain our Facebook page and website. I love developing friendships with our patients, making them comfortable, and providing them with an amazing experience in our office. At home, I love being a mother to my daughter Reagan and son Jonah. I also enjoy golf, snow skiing, softball, music, going out to eat with friends, and attending sporting events with my husband Jeremy.

New Patient Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
As an orthodontic assistant, it is my job to help Dr. Gilmore with each treatment and to make sure that our patients feel comfortable during every office visit. I love meeting our new patients, and watching as their smiles and self-esteem progress over time with orthodontic treatment. It’s so wonderful to be part of each patient’s life-changing experience. My husband and I share three beautiful children. We are very active in sports with our children and keep fit with cardio workouts.

Chairside Assistant/Lab Assistant
A Philippine native, I moved to the United States in 2002 with my husband and son. I love working with Dr. Gilmore because he is passionate about his job. He always goes the extra mile for his patients and helps them achieve the bright smile they wanted in their life. I really enjoy the camaraderie that is fostered in the workplace. Furthermore, I love talking with our incredible patients, in English or Philipino/Ilocano, and enjoy making them feel relaxed and comfortable. When I am not in the office, I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Finance Coordinator
Born in Baotou Inner Mongolia China, I moved to the United States in 2011 where I earned a Masters Degree in Financial Economics from Ohio University. Being bilingual, speaking both English and Mandarin Chinese, has been such an advantage in our practice. I love being a part of the Gilmore team and knowing that there could be no better investment for our patients than choosing to invest in a beautiful smile! Besides working at Gilmore Orthodontics, I also enjoy cooking and watching the TV shows "Lost Girl" and "Awkward". I also like "Twilight" movies. Above all, I enjoy traveling with my husband Thomas. Some of my favorite destinations are Las Vegas, LA, and Miami, especially because they offer a great deal of culinary diversity. My husband and I are planning a trip to Hawaii and hope to travel to Europe sometime in the future!

I strongly believe having a nice smile and healthy teeth can give anyone the confidence they need in life. Before working for Dr Gilmore, I graduated from Athens High School in 2008, and also later obtained an Associates in Liberal Arts and earned duel certification as a Phlebotomist and also as a Certified Dental Assistant. Additionally, after joining the Gilmore team in 2014, I gained certification in Orthodontist assisting as well as dental radiology. It has been an honor to be a part of something wonderful and life-changing. I love seeing patients excited about the dramatic changes in their smile. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy riding dirt bikes, cooking, exercising, listening to music, traveling, and spending time with family.
